Appointments
- Consultations are by appointment unless there is an emergency.
- Please make separate appointments for each family member.
- If you have more than one problem please let the receptionist know so an appropriate amount of time can be set aside.
- All Insurance/ Employment medicals must be booked in advance as they can take up to 45mins.
- Any procedures e.g. removal of lesions, can only be booked in consultation with your doctor.
- Please advise Reception of change to your address, telephone or Medicare number.
Parking
Street parking is available on Beaudesert Road and Mayfield Road.

Our telephone system is diverted from Friday 5:00pm to Monday 8:00am to Hello Home Doctor who can assist you with your urgent after hours medical care while Beaudesert Road Surgery is closed.

Home Visits
Home visits may be arranged for our regular patients who live in reasonable distance to the practice and are unable to attend the practice for medical reasons.
