Dr Kathleen Armstrong
Qualification: MBBS (Qld) MFM (Monash)

Dr Kathleen is Beaudesert Road Surgery practice principal. Graduating from University of Queensland in 1981 and obtained a Masters degree in Family Medicine from the Monash University in 2001.

Dr Kathleen is involved in many activities the Primary Health Network and has interests in all areas of general practice including family medicine, paediatric care, men’s and women’s health and refugee medicine.

Dr Manisha Bakshi
Qualification: MBBS; FRACGP

Dr Manisha graduated from Nagpur University in 2003.

Dr Manisha enjoys and is interested in child health, women’s health, antenatal and obstetric care and general mental health and wellbeing.
Dr Manisha speaks Hindi.

Dr Gary Chang
Qualification: FRACGP, MBBCh BAO, BSc (1st Class)

Dr Gary studied at Queen’s University Belfast (UK) and worked in a number of world class tertiary health institutions including the University Hospital of Leicester, Prince Charles Hospital and Princess Alexandra Hospital where he received specialist training in chronic disease management across a variety of specialities. He currently also works with the Mater Hospital for management of patients with Hepatitis and with the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in Kidney Health.

Areas of Interests:
1. Chronic Diseases Management- Respiratory, Hepatology, Nephrology, Cardiology, Diabetes and Geriatrics
2. Skin Cancer Management (Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery, UQ)
3. Antenatal Care (Accredited provider for Mater Mother’s Hospital Antenatal Shared Care)

Dr Ali Maghsoudlou
Qualification: M.D ,FRACGP

I graduated from Medical School in Iran in 2003.I moved to Australia in 2013 with my family.

Having a young family at the time, we decided to enjoy outback lifestyle so moved to Darwin where I developed interest in Skin Cancer Medicine. While I enjoy all aspects of General Practice, I have completed further training in the management of skin cancer.

I am an accredited Skin cancer Doctor and active member of Skin Cancer College of Australia.

Currently, I am pursuing Fellowship in Skin Cancer Medicine from Skin Cancer College of Australia.

Dr Hozefa Nooruddin

MBBS; AMC Iⅈ FRACGP

Graduating from medicine in Pakistan in 2005, Dr Hozefa started his medical career there for a few years before moving to Australia in 2008.  From the time of his arrival Dr Hozefa has accumulated extensive hospital experience in various medical and surgical sub-specialties between 2009-2014.  Since 2015 Dr Hozefa has focused on general practice which has seen him work in both rural and metropolitan locations.  He considers Skin Cancer medicine, Diabetes, chornic diseases, Dementia and Musculoskeletal disorders & Joint injections to be a special interest.

Dr Hozefa is married and away from the clinic he enjoys scuba diving, hiking and outdoor activities.

Dr Amanda Hume

Qualifications: FRACGP, MBBS (Qld), BA (Hons) (Syd), Dip. Ed. (Syd)

Dr Amanda has a diverse background in Education, Science, Languages, including Teaching English as a Second Language, and Music. She speaks English, German and French.

Dr Amanda is involved in training medical students and doctors. She is an active musician, playing viola with the Australian Doctors’ Orchestra, the Queensland Medical Orchestra and various other community groups. Dr Hume also enjoys being out in nature.
